How to get here
Take the A1 to the A198 Bankton Junction exit. Then take the B6371 for Cockenzie, then right on to the B1348. The Park is one mile on the right hand side.
If programming your SAT NAV device, please use Postcode: EH32 0QF. This will guide you directly to Seton Sands where you will be able to follow the signs for directions to the Park. You can also use Google Maps for a door to door route planner.
The nearest train station is in Edinburgh, 14 miles from the Park. To plan your train journey to and from Seton Sands, please search using the official National Rail Enquiries online planner and timetable. Alternatively, call National Rail Enquiries Helpline on 0845 748 4950.
Check in / Out Procedure
What time can I check in and can I check in earlier?
3pm is our check in time and your key will not be released early, this ensures your caravan is cleaned and ready for your arrival.
Where do I go upon arrival to collect key and what I/D do I need to take?
Proceed to owner services upon arrival and they you will issue your key. Bring your booking summary as I/D.
What happens if I arrive late in the evening?
Once you advise us of your late arrival we will arrange for security to hand you the key upon arrival. This will be issued at security barrier upon arrival. If we are not informed, we cannot guarantee your key will be available.
What time is checkout?
We ask you to leave the caravan by 10 am. This allows for the caravan to be cleaned prior to the next arrival.
All gas, water and electricity are included for the duration of your stay.
What bedding is provided?
Duvets, pillows and mattresses are provided. (You will need to bring pillow cases, duvet covers and bed sheets, unless you have purchased the linen option, This relates to Aberlady, St Andrews & Muirfield Caravans only)
Gullane & Luffness Caravans have Linen provided.
Are towels provided?
Towels are not provided and you will need to bring them along.
Are pots & pans provided?
Yes, you will find a full complement to as assist your cooking needs. Also we have a hoover, iron, compact ironing board, hairdryer & mop & bucket.
How much do fun passes cost and where are they purchased?
Passes can be purchased directly from owner services upon arrival or anytime during your stay.
(The prices below are subject to change by Haven and we list them to give you an idea of the likely cost during your stay).
Off Peak dates:
Adult: 7 nights £20, 3/4 nights £16
Child: 7 nights £10, 3/4 nights £8
Adult: 7 nights, £26, 3/4 nights £21
Child: 7 nights, £13, 3/4 nights £11
You would also need to buy Activity Passes should you wish to participate in any of the sports activates.
You can also buy these passes directly from Haven on arrival.
Do we offer long term & short term lets?
Yes – Prices are tailored to your duration of stay, please enquire if this is of interest.
What’s the park terrrain like?
The majority of the park is flat.
Can guests bring their own BBQ?
Yes – away from gas supply.
Are travel cots provided?
No, travel cots can be hired from the main reception desk upon arrival subject to availability.
What about dogs?
We welcome dogs on our park providing they are kept on a lead. They are also permitted to sit outside on the terrace at the rear of the Boatie Blest restaurant. The beach at Seton Sands is also dog friendly. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs inside our venues.
A few breeds of dog are not allowed at the park; please check with Haven prior to arrival.
What about beach access?
Rocky beach situated across road from Park. Nearest sandy beach is Gullane, approx 11km from Park
What about parking?
Parking is available next to caravans or nearby. Our Muirfield & Gullane caravans have tarmac driveways. All our caravans you can park directly next to them and also they have additional visitors parking nearby.
Is there WiFi on park?
FREE WiFi is available in the main complex, but no WiFi is available in the Caravans.
Sky TV is shown in complex & available in Gullane (No.7)

Wheelchairs can be hired from reception, need to be pre-booked through park.
The park is wheelchair friendly. Unfortunately our caravans are not wheelchair friendly.
